Q: How early should I book my date?

A: We operate several systems, however dates get booked rather quickly depending on the season.  We suggest booking your date as early as possible, so your special date isn't completely booked.  You can check if your date is available with our 'Availability Checker' at the bottom of this page.

Q: How long does it take to set up and tear down?

A: Setting up and tearing down our system usually takes approxiamately 1 hour, sometimes less, depending on the package you decide on.  For example, the 'Karoake Package' doesn't take as long to set up & tear down then our other packages.  If you need to make special arrangements for set up and/or tear down, we're more than happy to work with you.  Please contact us via email, our contact form on the 'Contact' page or by phone.

Q: Is set up and tear down time included in the package time, or is that extra?

A: It's included, we do not charge for set up and tear down.

Q: Can I see you perform live?

A: It is possible to see us perform live, however we must get the clients permission first.  Please contact us, and we will try our best to set something up.  You can also check out our video clips on the 'Gallery' page.

Q: Do you have references?

A:  We have many references, alot of our business is due to referrals.  Please contact us, and we'd be happy to give you specific references.

Q: Do you have a song list available?

A: Yes!  For your convienence, our song list is available on our website.  All songs have :30 audio clips available as well.  If you don't see your song available, we would be happy to get it for you.  Just send us an email or give us a call.  You can view and listen to our song list by clicking HERE.

Q: When and how do I pay you?

A: For your convienence, payment is available through our website by credit or debit card.  Or if you'd prefer to pay by check, we can arrange that as well, simply give us a call.  A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book your event.  The remaining balance can be paid through our website, or via check before your event.

Q: May I choose songs for you to play at my event?

A: Certainly!  Once you book us, we will give you access to our 'Client' section of our website.  There you can pick songs that you'd liked played, play if possible or DO NOT play.  If you'd prefer not to use the website, we can make other arrangements for you to choose songs.  Just call or email us.
